Everything in the order the work happens, from an empty workspace to a shipped order and a return. Stuck on something the guide does not cover? Use Send feedback in the app’s help menu, or email support@serialflowinventory.com.
The first hour in a new workspace: what is already there, the three things that put it to work, and the one address the carriers will ask for.
Customers, vendors, stock with its cost, and open orders, from a spreadsheet, with a dry run before anything is written.
Purchase orders, scanning units in, bulk quantities, freight into cost, and what to do when something arrives wrong.
Sales orders, committing stock, picking, rates and labels, and the one thing about postage that is not ours.
Raising an RMA, receiving goods back, the financial reversal, and what a return does to stock.
A wholesale storefront for your own approved buyers, under your own name, selling from the stock you already hold.
SerialFlow builds every label job as a PDF whose page is exactly the size of the label, or of the Avery sheet, and opens your browser's print dialog over the page you are on. Nothing is scaled, fitted or rounded on the way to the printer, so a 4 by 2 label comes out at 4 by 2 and the bars in a barcode are the width the scanner expects. The one thing that can undo that is the print dialog itself, which is why this page exists.
The lists every record refers to, the team and what each person may do, the integrations, and your own account.
Every change that reaches a workspace, newest first, grouped the way Keep a Changelog groups them: Added, Changed, Fixed, Removed. Dates are the day the change was deployed.
What we know is wrong or missing, where it lives, and what to do meanwhile. Updated as issues are found and fixed; an item leaves this page when the fix is deployed and appears in what's new. The features that are out of scope for the beta by decision, rather than by defect, are on the beta statement.
