Every change that reaches a workspace, newest first, grouped the way Keep a Changelog groups them: Added, Changed, Fixed, Removed. Dates are the day the change was deployed.

Added

  • A first-run dashboard for an empty workspace: the three first steps, the ship-from address asked for where it matters, and a way into the guide and the demo.
  • A switchable demo workspace: Explore the demo from the account menu opens a read-only sample workspace with a persistent banner and a one-click way back.
  • The help menu in the top bar: this guide, support, feedback, this page, known issues, the status page and the beta statement.
  • The user guide and the beta statement as public pages.
  • A feedback control that sends the page and the workspace with the message.
  • Terms of service, presented at signup.
  • The generic import wizard: customers, vendors, stock with cost layers, open purchase and sales orders, with a dry run and a batch record.
  • Metering for device diagnostics with a per-workspace cap.
  • One scanner contract on purchase order receive, RMA receive, the pick and the header search: Enter completes a scan, the field re-focuses, an IMEI is checked on the way in.
  • Empty states on every list that say what to do there.
  • A toast for the outcome of a background save.

Changed

  • Sign-in is a full page navigation, so the app always mounts against the signed-in workspace.
  • Every table shares one shell, one search field and one bulk-action registry.
  • A record's link is built in one place, so a purchase order for bulk and one for serialized stock open the right page from everywhere.
  • Text entry controls take their shape from the surface they sit on.

Fixed

  • Category filters on the analytics hub counted only one of the two stock populations; every hub number now covers both.
  • A reversal can no longer reopen stock that does not exist.
  • One FIFO for cost layers across every door.
  • The global search redacts money per column for members without the cost or margin permission.

Added

  • SKU standardization across the workspace, and the model number on serialized products.
  • QR mobile photo capture: scan a code on a unit or product and photograph it from a phone.

Changed

  • The buyer portal reflows on a tablet and a phone; the hub is standardised on the settings shell.

Removed

  • Negotiated prices in the buyer portal. Offers remain.
