The lists every record refers to, the team and what each person may do, the integrations, and your own account.
The lists a serialized unit uses: unit statuses, cosmetic conditions (the grade ladder), defects, custom fields, and the defaults a purchase order line starts with.
Units of measure and the category tree bulk products are filed under.
eBay, ShipStation, ShipEngine, Dropbox (for photos), device diagnostics and the buyer portal, each with its own page showing connection state and the last sync. Connecting one asks for that service's own credentials and runs under your account with them.
Diagnostics are metered: every IMEI, blacklist or carrier check is counted against your workspace's cap, including a failed check, and the page shows the count and the cost basis. The cap is on the beta statement. A workspace that runs the checks on its own diagnostics account is billed by that provider directly, so it has no cap: the panel shows what it has spent and says so.
Invite by email; the invitation carries a preset (Admin, Manager, Staff, Viewer) and every single permission can be changed afterwards per person. A permission taken away is refused by the server on the next request and disappears from the interface within a minute. Removing a person signs them out.
The presets, briefly: Viewer reads everything except money and changes nothing. Staff receives, ships and edits records, and sees cost but not profit. Manager runs the day to day, sees profit, and can reverse and delete. Admin does everything, including inviting people and connecting integrations.
Your own email, password and display preferences. A password change signs out every other session on the account.
The models a serialized product can be built from. Add a model that is missing, or correct one, under Settings, Catalog.
